• By the Company: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Services due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund. • By the Client: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations within a period of time agreed between the parties will usually incur charges.

You are responsible for ensuring that we have the necessary permissions to access and operate on the site where Services are to be performed. This includes obtaining consent from property owners and notifying relevant authorities as required.

We adhere to all regulations and guidelines issued by the CAA and other relevant authorities. Our operations are conducted with the highest safety standards. We reserve the right to abort a flight or Service if safety is compromised or if legal requirements are not met.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all images, videos, and data captured during our Services remain the property of the Company. Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the purposes outlined in the agreement. You may not sell, license, or distribute the content to third parties without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or Website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service provided.
